The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable Roman stay. It’s about 60mq and it consists of 1 double bedroom one bathroom with shower, a spacious and charming living room with a double sofa bed. Near the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette where you will find whatever you could need for your stay. Moreover you can enjoy, expecially in spring/summer and autumn season a terraced garden where you can stay and easy eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The price indicated is for the first 2 persons. The 3rd person pays 10€ per day. The 4th person pays 10€ per day.
Conditions
Extra charge for required final cleaning and linen (35€)
Touristic tax not included, to be paid at the check in (3,50 Euro per person per day)
20% deposit payable at booking Cash in full at the check-in
Security Deposit : 200€ refundable at the end of the stay
Rates Include: heating, water, gas, electricity.
Check in time: from 2pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 110.30am
Check in after 8pm: 35€
No check in after 12am
Checkout before 8am: 30€
Booking Payment: Credit Card (via Paypal secure Internet transaction) or bank transfer
Balance payment: Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 1 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
