The apartment, located a short distance from Ponte Milvio and about 2 km from Piazza del Popolo is an elegant apartment which sleeps four people.
This apartment combines the modern and the traditional furnishings and fixtures that create a warm, cozy and spacious. Its living room is bright with large windows that allow in plenty of natural light, and furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed , table and chairs and a flat screen television . The kitchen is sleek and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in the apartment (microwave, toaster , kettle, etc. ) . The bedroom is modern and is furnished with a queen bed and a large closet in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower , sink and toilet .
The apartment is within walking distance from Ponte Milvio where the locals are characteristic of Roman nightlife destination , especially in summer . With a bus form Piazza mancini not far form the apartment ( bus #32 ) you can reach the metro station on line A (Ottaviano station).

Balance payment: Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 1 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
