Cancellation policies

If you wish to cancel please contact Unusual Rome ASAP at info@unusualrome.com

  1. EVENTS: Refunds are strictly related to the cancellation date. Please see the table below for our policies.

    2.          > 30 days from the event: 85% of the fee
             > 7 days from the event: 50% of the fee
             < 7 days from the event: no refund.

  2. TICKETS (MUSEUMS AND TRAINS): There will be NO refund once the tickets have been purchased by Unusual Rome.

Modify your Reservations: 

  1. EVENTS: It is possible to make changes to the date and/or number of participants up to 15 days prior to the event. All changes must be preceded by the customer’s written request and by Unusual Rome’s written confirmation. The fee is 15 euro for each change.
  2. TICKETS (MUSEUMS AND TRAINS): No changes will be made once the tickets have been purchased by Unusual Rome.
