Located in a luxury resort, our villa has one of the most enviable positions: close to the sea with breathtaking scenery, but at the same time within an equipped area with all comforts.
Architecturally in full harmony with the natural environment, our villa can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of: fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. It is bright and well ventilated.
The garden, the largest of the whole resort, and the patio are fully equipped to eat out or enjoy the sun and sunbath. Outside there is also a useful hot shower when you come back from the sea.

Check in time: from 3pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am
Check in after 8pm: 25€
Check in after 10pm: 40€
No check in after 10pm
Checkout before 8am: 30€
Booking Payment: Credit Card (via Paypal secure Internet transaction) or bank transfer
Balance payment: Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 1 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
